Im back...

Yes I know its shocking im actually back. I think I really needed a long blog vacation, because honestly I'd lost the enjoyment of it. But Im back and thats what really matters.

So something new and major is I got the scholarship for my Portfolio Prep classes this fall. So far I've gone to two classes and have enjoyed every minute of them. Taking these classes also meant maturing a little more than I was used to because we've been drawing from nude models (which I was pretty panicky about). And now that Im used to its nothing more than the lines of an object.

Sketches...

This is a new sketch I've been working on.

And it turned out pretty well if I dont say so myself.

Portfolio day was this past saturday, it went fine, no better no less. They told me I was good but I need to have more observational peices :[, hence the sketch.

I havent really been posting lately because I feel like its pretty pointless because no one ever reads this or at least comments, and I'm just getting kind of tired of it and see it as a waste of time any more.

I started this blog to mainly get my art out around other people that were on the same level/people who had the same interests as me, and I've really found no such thing. I know some people obviously read my blog because I have a counter and it says I've been visited over a hunderd times. But barely anyone will comment (thank you to those of you who have) I even ask for people to leave me comments. And nothing. So I'm really questioning why I'm keeping up with this blog any more ?
