Road Trip

Me and my Mom took a nice road trip today to do some antique shopping. We found some really nice stuff, and another special treat was we ran into my uncle and he joined us it was a really fun day.

We went to a few different places but my favorite was in this small town.


I got a beautiful picture in the wooden frame with roses painted on it, and im quite in love with it.

New art to start a new stage of life.

I've been working on a new chalk pastel and its of an angel, but not just any angel a kinda evil looking one honestly.


you cant tell all that much from that picture, but i have done some more work on it. And im very frustrated with it to be exact. But i did have Luke to keep me company out in the sunny yard all day


And if you were wondering what i meant by new stage of life i mean i am now officially a working girl.im now employed at the new movie theater in my town, im pretty happy about it because my father has really been ridding me about me getting a job so i can start to drive once again. But besides that fact even im really happy to have this job because i will be around movies. and to make it even better the theater is amazingly beautiful, which is rare for the part of boo fu i live in :). Its very art deco with gold colmns and elaborate carpets and even some of the building has ceilings that are made to look like their made of the old style tin.so if im going to have to work im happy i will be surrounded with these type of things.

Im going to try and not let work effect the status of this blog but if i disappear for a bit you know where i am.

Never Hide....

Here lately i've been having alot of trouble getting insperation and creative thoughts following so i've been keepimg a book full of things that can/will inspire me and i've somewhat named it : Never Hide.


Its basically just alot of random photos and magazine clippings i thought were pretty or could give me insperation at sometime or another.(sorry for the weird lighting, it looking strangly odd)


I think its a really interesting idea to keep these sort of things and see how they can inspire you.

Fair Fun

Just back with a few pictures of some sweet farm animals, i went to our local fair this year because i was helping my church with face painting :).

I cant wait to see it...

I think I may have become a blogging faliure?

So it has been at least a month since I posted on this blog, and I am so sorry! I've been doing alot of things these past few weeks. Including intermediate drawing class, painting, book saling, senior pictures, and many other things.

I dont even know where to begin catching up you readers (if there even are any). This has to be a short post but im going to do another one with all pictures to show you what i've been up to :).
